Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to support the expansion of our digital platforms through data-driven marketing strategies. In this role, you will focus on user acquisition, campaign optimization, and performance analytics to drive sustainable platform growth.
You will collaborate with product, analytics, and design teams to execute marketing initiatives that increase platform visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Manage performance marketing initiatives including paid search, social media, and display advertising
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
Identify new user acquisition opportunities and growth channels
Collaborate with product and analytics teams to improve user engagement and conversion rates
Monitor key growth metrics and develop performance reports
Support brand awareness and platform visibility through strategic marketing initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
Strong understanding of performance marketing channels
Experience with analytics and campaign performance tracking
Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and digital acquisition strategies
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience working in fast-paced digital environments
