Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to help transform platform data into actionable insights. In this role, you will analyze user behavior, platform performance, and operational metrics to support product development and strategic decision-making.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to monitor key performance indicators and provide insights that improve platform efficiency and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze platform data to identify trends and performance insights
Build dashboards and reports to monitor key platform metrics
Support product teams with data-driven recommendations
Monitor user engagement and behavioral patterns
Develop queries and analytical models to support platform insights
Work with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection
Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence
Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Ability to analyze large datasets and generate insights
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
